Payment Terms and Methods
We always look for ways to make our client’s experiences sublime. One of the areas to do this is in payments. Our goal in this regard is to make payments as frictionless as possible for our clients.
1. Payment Terms
We issue invoices electronically. Our payment terms are on the day from the date of invoice.
We typically require a 50% deposit for projects, and the rest when the project is complete and only when you are satisfied with the final product. We offer unlimited revisions until you are satisfied.
The 50% deposit is requested to ensure client commitment to the project. It can be thought of as meeting each other in the middle. It will allow you to get a completed project or work without paying the full amount first, and it also gives the us the incentive to do a good job and only receive the full amount once you are happy with the final product.
2. Payment Currencies
By default, we will invoice you in your home country currency but you have the option to elect to be billed in any of the following currencies; the Malawi Kwacha (MWK), the South African Rand (ZAR), or the American Dollar (USD).
