We always look for ways to make our client’s experiences sublime. One of the areas to do this is in payments. Our goal in this regard is to make payments as frictionless as possible for our clients.
Payment Terms
We typically require a 50% deposit for projects, and the rest when the project is complete and only when you are satisfied with the final product. We offer unlimited revisions until you are satisfied.
The 50% deposit is requested to ensure client commitment to the project. It can be thought of as meeting each other in the middle. It will allow you to get a completed project or work without paying the full amount first, and it also gives the us the incentive to do a good job and only receive the full amount once you are happy with the final product.

2. Debit or Credit Cards (DPO)
Through our partnership with DPO (Direct Pay Online), we are able to directly accept payments by Debit or Credit Cards online.
This payment option will reduce the friction you might face when making payments, as well as offer great convenience to you, especially if you are paying from outside Botswana. Let us know if you would like to pay via Debit/Credit Card and we will issue you an invoice and you can pay online.
