Reset Email Password
You can easily change the password of your email account.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Although the system requires a minimum Password Strength of 50, you are strongly advised to always reach a strength of 100 in order to maintain high levels of security.
You can get a high password strength by combining numbers with text of both lower and upper case, and using a long enough password. Using special characters such as @ or # in your password will also increase its strength.
To change your password follow the following steps.
Log in to your webmail account by opening the webmail URL given to you by the system administrator in your web browser.

Example URL: www.example.com/webmail (Replace example.com with your domain)
Skip this step if you can see a screen similar to Fig 2. below.
Click Webmail Home in the narrow left panel (See Fig 1. Below).Fig 1: Webmail home
Clicking Webmail Home should take you to the screen in Fig 2 below.See fig 1 below to identify the Password & Security link which you must click to start reseting your password.
Fig 2: Password & SecurityProceed to enter your New Password and Confirm New Password.
Then click Save to confirm the change of password.
